Ferry Etiquette
- Allow at least 10-15 minutes prior to the published sailing time to purchase your tickets from Fauntleroy, Point Defiance or
Southworth. WSF accepts cash and major credit cards and no longer accepts checks. Click here for Current Fares - Cost for "car & driver" is a separate fare from each accompanying passenger. Discounts available for Srs, Disabled and Youth.
- Give the "V" (peace sign) for Vashon (vs. Southworth sailing) as you approach the officer directing traffic.
- All fares to Vashon Island -- regardless of which crossing you take -- are for a round-trip ferry ride! No one will check your
ticket when you leave the Island, regardless of which boat you take to leave.
